Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR®)

  • Extreme and outwardly obvious such as war/first responder experiences, sexual, physical or emotional abuse, natural disasters OR
  • Inward disturbing events /memories/experiences such as grief and loss, panic attacks, phobias, insecurities that cause one to freeze up, betrayal, bullying, lack of nurturing/protection in a family of origin, plus multiple others OR
